Refund policy
Camilo is an independently owned small business. We hand finish all products to order, so do not offer refunds for change of mind.
The Camilo team is available to help in any way possible pre-purchase to ensure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for. Our detailed Size Guide explains how to find your perfect fit, however, if you’d like more assistance, feel free to email us at hello@camilohats.com.au - no question or query is too small!
If you're looking for a more personalised experience, we can arrange a fitting session for you. This can either be done online or at our North Sydney workshop. Please email us to lock in a time.
If your order isn’t quite the right fit or style, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. You also have the option to return your order for store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
Conditions of return
- We accept exchanges and returns for store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition, with all packaging included.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
For international orders, Camilo does not cover customs duties or taxes.

Faulty items
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and ensure each item goes through rigorous quality control. If you have received a faulty item, please email your order number and photos of the faulty product to hello@camilohats.com.au. We will always endeavour to repair or replace any faulty items. Where this is not possible we can provide a full refund.
