Processing times
We hand finish each of our hats to order and endeavour to ensure all orders are dispatched within 5 business days. During peak holiday periods, please allow for an additional 1-2 days processing time for your order. If, for any reason there is a delay we will contact you by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details to your nominated email address. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please reach out to us at hello@camilohats.com.au.
You can track the progress of your order via Australia Post
All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Camilo does not offer ‘Authority to Leave.’ If no one is available at the time of delivery, a missed delivery card will be left, and your parcel will be sent to the nearest Post Office for collection.
For business address deliveries, please ensure the business name is included, as Australia Post cannot complete delivery without it.
